1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steve Gruunch! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McSuckerson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. McSuckerson swings away with a body shot that misses
and Gruunch counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Gruunch forces McSuckerson back against the cage and clinches. McSuckerson looking to stall.
McSuckerson struggles to land a body shot inside as Gruunch controls his hands.
Gruunch's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
