3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frederich Frankenstein! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Summer Carpenter and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chase moves into the clinch. Frankenstein looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Chase escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Chase fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Chase clinches. Frankenstein is trying to break the clinch but Chase has him pressed against the cage. Chase manages to break the clinch.
Chase throws a series of punches but Frankenstein moves out of range. Chase stuffs the takedown. Chase defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Frankenstein. Chase feints and then cracks Frankenstein's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Frankenstein down. Chase throws a head kick that Frankenstein semi-blocks.
This has been an exciting period of action! Chase jabs Frankenstein right on the nose. Frankenstein blinks but takes it well. Chase misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Chase rushes Frankenstein and presses him up against the cage. Chase manages to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Chase closes the distance and pushes Frankenstein back into the cage. Chase manages to break the clinch.
