Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between No Urashitani (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Lin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jeremy Lin will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, No Urashitani! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jeremy Lin! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Urashitani. Urashitani moves out of range of the strikes. Urashitani bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Urashitani tries for a takedown but Lin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Urashitani is defended easily by Lin. Urashitani tries to close the distance and clinch but Lin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Urashitani slips under a jab. Lin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Urashitani was well out of range. Poor timing from Lin. Lin defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Urashitani. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for No Urashitani. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lin throws a shot to the body.
Urashitani takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Lin looks to land a right hand but Urashitani moved out of range. Urashitani fails to land the takedown. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Urashitani avoids the body shot from Lin.

Lin throws a hook but Urashitani blocks it. Urashitani closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lin circles away. Lin has managed to clinch.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Lin. Urashitani is breathing heavily. Lin is working Urashitani over against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Urashitani blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Lin can't find room to land a body shot as Urashitani controls the action.
Urashitani swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Lin doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Lin lands with a right to the head. Lin misses with an elbow strike.
Urashitani misses with a punch on the inside.
Lin fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
A shot in the inside from Lin. Lin misses with a hook from the clinch. Lin working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Lin tries to throw a body punch but Urashitani avoids it by throwing Lin back against the cage. Lin lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Urashitani or not. Lin lands a damaging elbow. Lin lands with a short shot to the head. Lin gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lin lands a left hand.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Lin. Lin lands with a left to the head. Lin misses with a shot to the kidneys.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Urashitani misses with a punch on the inside.
Lin lands an uppercut. A nice right hand lands inside from Lin. Lin lands on the inside with an uppercut. Lin digs a right hand into Urashitani's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Urashitani's gas tank. Lin gets through Urashitani's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Lin lands a hook to the side of the head. Lin unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Urashitani! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Lin is unloading with more strikes now! Urashitani drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jeremy Lin! A less than humble Jeremy Lin misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
