Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Larry Corncobb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hermann Von Duisberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Russell Pearce and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Von Duisberg slips a jab and a cross from Corncobb.
Von Duisberg dodges the punch combination from Corncobb.
Corncobb throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Corncobb takes a swing at Von Duisberg's ribcage but misses.
Von Duisberg fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Von Duisberg connects with an inside leg kick.
Von Duisberg throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Corncobb throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Corncobb works Von Duisberg's body with a nice hook.
Von Duisberg misses with a low kick.
Von Duisberg throws a front kick that sends Corncobb stumbling back into the cage.
Von Duisberg lands with a kick to the temple. Corncobb shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Von Duisberg pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Corncobb fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Von Duisberg manages to avoid it.
Von Duisberg lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Corncobb jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Corncobb on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Corncobb is rocked!
Von Duisberg tries a head kick but it misses.
Oh Corncobb is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Corncobb seems to have got his legs back now.

Von Duisberg dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Corncobb throws a hook but Von Duisberg blocks it.
The fighters circling - Corncobb throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Von Duisberg dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Corncobb. That did some damage!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Von Duisberg.
Von Duisberg throws a head kick that misses.
Von Duisberg lands a big head kick that sends Corncobb tumbling to the mat! Von Duisberg takes a step backwards and waves Corncobb back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Von Duisberg lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Corncobb feints a jab promting Von Duisberg to slip. Corncobb then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Von Duisberg slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Corncobb misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A telegraphed right hand from Corncobb misses the target.

Von Duisberg moves out of range of the strikes.
A swing and a miss from Corncobb.
Whack! Von Duisberg lands a heavy head kick that drops Corncobb. The ref tackles Von Duisberg to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Corncobb was done.
