Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackstone tries to clinch there but Steamboat circles away.
Blackstone closes the distance and clinches up with Steamboat, looking for a takedown. Blackstone pushes Steamboat against the cage but Steamboat circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Blackstone looks for a takedown but Steamboat sprawls well.
A slapping leg kick lands for Blackstone.
Some wild striking there from Blackstone.
Blackstone closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Blackstone lands in his opponent's guard.
Steamboat looks gassed!

Steamboat is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Steamboat wants to stand up but Blackstone is controlling him.

Blackstone controls Steamboat momentarily but Steamboat frees himself.

Steamboat drops back looking for a leg! Blackstone is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Blackstone manages to kick Steamboat off! Steamboat jumps back into Blackstone's guard.
Blackstone is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Steamboat is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Blackstone knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Steamboat is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Blackstone looks calm but he's in trouble here. Steamboat gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Blackstone is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Steamboat lets go of the hold and Blackstone can pop his arm back in it's socket.
