Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Phil Mcracken!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Osaki Kenji!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mcracken shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Mcracken was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Mcracken changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kenji tries to avoid it but Mcracken manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kenji to the ground. Kenji escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Phil Mcracken.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mcracken, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
