Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Balaur Bondoc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximus Overdrive (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bondoc comes to the cage accompanied by T.I. - I'm Flexin. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Balaur Bondoc!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Overdrive loads up on a big right hand but Bondoc slips the punch.
Overdrive gets in close and instigates a clinch.

enabling Overdrive to counter with a crisp jab.

Maximus Overdrive seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Overdrive throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Bondoc on the side of the head.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Overdrive lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Bondoc has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Bondoc and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Bondoc lets his hands go wild with a nice combination. Left! Right! Uppercut! Spinning backfist! Overdrive goes down and covers up as Bondoc starts wailing on him! The ref watches the action closely before stepping in and putting a stop to the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Balaur Bondoc!
After the fight, Balaur Bondoc was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
