Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brian Cadwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Metal Ripper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ripper has chosen Sabaton - Metal ripper as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Metal Ripper enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Cadwell.
Cadwell stuffs the takedown.
Metal Ripper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cadwell looks to score with a jab to the body but Ripper is just out of range.

Ripper misses with a shot to the body
and Cadwell counters with a stiff right hand.
Ripper throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cadwell stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Ripper shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cadwell's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Ripper stops Cadwell from standing up.
Ripper advances to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ripper is working for a kimura but Cadwell is defending it quite comfortably.
Ripper passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Cadwell!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ripper throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Cadwell because Ripper loaded up on that one.
Cadwell in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Cadwell wants to hold on but Ripper pushes him away.

Ripper has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Cadwell is forced to tap!
