Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mario Bravo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Silva might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Aint no sunshine - DMX. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Anderson Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 14 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mario Bravo! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Sergei Dronov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bravo slaps away a takedown attempt from Silva, before circling back to the center of the mat. Silva tries to clinch up and Bravo counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Bravo takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Silva dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Silva takes a swing at Bravo's ribcage but misses. A nice leg kick lands there from Silva. Silva wants to clinch. Silva scores with a head kick.
Silva throws out a loose jab but Bravo uses good head movement to avoid it. Bravo avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Silva looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bravo closes the distance and pushes Silva back into the cage. Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Silva. Bravo is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Silva scores with a shoulder strike. Bravo struggles to land a body shot inside as Silva controls his hands.
Bravo prevents Silva from breaking the clinch. Silva's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Silva misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bravo.

Bravo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Silva closes the distance and clinches. Bravo goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Silva is looking to break free of the clinch but Bravo has double underhooks. Silva lands an uppercut. Silva is trying to break free. The referee calls for Bravo to work.
Silva misses with a hook from the clinch. Silva prevents a takedown attempt there.
Silva wants to get back to striking at distance but Bravo won't allow it.
Silva is trying to break free. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Silva is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Silva tries to break the clinch but Bravo is controlling the position. Silva breaks from the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice shot by Bravo. Silva swats away the attempt to clinch by Bravo. Silva tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bravo paws at him with a jab and circles away. Bravo moves into range and clinches up with Silva. Silva is trying to force a seperation but Bravo has the dominant position. Bravo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Bravo needs to keep his hands up - Silva had a free shot at his head there. Anderson Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bravo with a hook. Bravo displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Silva. Bravo circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Silva drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Bravo follows Silva to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
