Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Israel Kamakawiwo Ole (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kamakawiwo Ole's entrance music is Somewhere over the Rainbow. A fine choice. Hill has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Israel Kamakawiwo Ole has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Colin Fray.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kamakawiwo Ole shoots in and bounces Hill off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Kamakawiwo Ole bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Kamakawiwo Ole wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Hill, who protects the arm well.

Kamakawiwo Ole thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Kamakawiwo Ole is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hill knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Kamakawiwo Ole tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kamakawiwo Ole has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Kamakawiwo Ole wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hill keeps working.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Kamakawiwo Ole has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Hill is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Kamakawiwo Ole yanks on the arm and Hill is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Kamakawiwo Ole.

A relieved looking Israel Kamakawiwo Ole thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
