There's a bit of a scramble here and now McGowen is on top in guard.

McGowen postures up in Robinson's guard and throws a big left but Robinson blocks it.
McGowen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Robinson is looking to stand up but McGowen isn't so interested in that idea.

McGowen wants to take the fight to the mat but Robinson manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
McGowen is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Robinson can't fight it off and eventually McGowen manages to take the fight to the floor. Robinson looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
