Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Lyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tanishk Soni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lyle's entrance music is "This Charming Man" By The Smiths. A fine choice. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kyle Lyle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tanishk Soni! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A thudding body kick lands there by Soni!
Soni misses with an attempted mid kick.
Lyle throws a head kick but Soni moves out of range.
Soni shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Lyle throws a sloppy head kick and Soni moves out of range easily. Soni scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Still in half guard, Soni seems content to control. Lyle looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Soni is stalling here. Lyle is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Soni seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Lyle has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Lyle working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lyle tries to advance to mount but Soni denies him. Lyle controls the position from side control. Lyle stands up and we're back to a striking position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Soni changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Lyle tries to avoid it but Soni manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Lyle to the ground. Lyle escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Lyle throws a right and a left that Soni avoids nicely. Soni moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Lyle stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lyle wants it to stay on the feet. Kyle Lyle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tanishk Soni. Lyle on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Lyle has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Lyle there as he acknowledges the shot. Soni throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Soni fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lyle avoids it really well and circles away. Lyle lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
It looks like Tanishk Soni has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lyle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Soni loads up on a big right hand but Lyle slips the punch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lyle throws a series of punches but Soni avoids them all with ease. Lyle takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Lyle misses with a two punch combination.
Kyle Lyle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lyle tests Soni's chin there with a solid looking shot. Lyle throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Soni tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lyle swats him away and circles back towards the center. Soni blocks a head kick by Lyle.
Lyle connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Soni to the floor! Lyle dives in looking for the finish!
Soni is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Lyle in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Soni tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Lyle!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Kyle Lyle! Kyle Lyle decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
