The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, John Kavanagh and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samuelsen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Long moves away.
Samuelsen throws a predictable looking body shot
and Long counters by moving into the clinch.
Long misses with a punch on the inside.
Samuelsen just leaning against Long, taking a breather.
Samuelsen tries to throw a body punch but Long avoids it by throwing Samuelsen back against the cage.

Samuelsen blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Long misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Long struggles to land a body shot inside as Samuelsen controls his hands.

Long with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

It looks like Rex Ronny Samuelsen has been cut.

Samuelsen's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Samuelsen tries to stall but Long uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Long misses with a hook to the ribs.
Samuelsen manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Samuelsen is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Long is keeping busy.

Long has Samuelsen pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Long pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Samuelsen tumbling to the mat - Long dives into Samuelsen's guard.
Long lands a couple of elbows.
Long throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Samuelsen works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Samuelsen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Long can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Long loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Long trying to control but Samuelsen is working from the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Samuelsen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Long gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Samuelsen is looking for a triangle but Long pushes his legs off easily.
Samuelsen is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Long got a little sloppy there for a moment and Samuelsen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Long has managed to get both his arms back between Samuelsen's legs - danger averted.

Samuelsen looking for a sweep. Not yet Samuelsen, not yet.
Long with a nice head shot there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Long scoring with some ground and pound.
Rex Ronny Samuelsen's cut is getting worse.
Long throws an elbow that misses. Samuelsen uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Long's guard. Nice move by Samuelsen!
Samuelsen working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Long's head.
Long looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Long is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Samuelsen gets full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Samuelsen is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Samuelsen takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Samuelsen takes a swing at Long's ribcage but misses.
Long shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Long was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Long lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Jeez, Rex Ronny Samuelsen's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Rex Ronny Samuelsen's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Miles Long!
During a confident post fight interview, Miles Long thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
