The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Chippleworth as Maxim shoots in.
Chippleworth misses with a jab, cross combination.
Maxim is trying hard to land a takedown here. Chippleworth sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Maxim shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Chippleworth's guard.
Chippleworth wants to get back to his feet but Maxim is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Maxim accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Maxim has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Chippleworth's face.
Maxim lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Maxim cracks Chippleworth with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
