Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bradford Manning (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Ripley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Manning might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Enter Sandman. Ripley has chosen The Talented Mr. Ripley - Tu Vuo' Fa l'Americano as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bradford Manning!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mr Ripley!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ripley scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
It looks like Bradford Manning has been cut.
A right-left combo lands from Ripley.
Ripley avoids the body shot from Manning.
Manning throws a head kick but Ripley moves out of range.
No luck for Manning with that takedown attempt.
Manning tries to keep at a distance but Ripley has taken the fight into the clinch.
Ripley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ripley looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Manning is working an open guard so Ripley takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Ripley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Ripley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Manning swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ripley stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Ripley darts in and clinches Manning up against the cage.
Ripley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Manning throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Manning gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Ripley thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Ripley drops back looking for a leg! Manning is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Manning manages to kick Ripley off! Ripley jumps back into Manning's guard.
Ripley passes Manning's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Ripley is looking for a kimura here.
Ripley keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ripley is working for a submission of some sort.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ripley seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Manning is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Mr Ripley!
