Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Alexandre Firmino and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
J Champ misses with a head kick.
Herer checks a leg kick nicely.

It looks like Tsubasa J Champ has been cut.
Herer misses with a looping left.
J Champ finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

and Herer connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

J Champ does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Herer throws a body punch but J Champ moves out of range.

J Champ throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Herer throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent J Champ stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

J Champ is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
J Champ looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Herer tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but J Champ was well out of range. Poor timing from Herer.
J Champ scores with a nice body kick.

J Champ and Herer are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. J Champ throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Herer into next week! Ooooh that was huge! J Champ knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
