Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jon Doe!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Damien Edna and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doe decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Cakez is trying to maintain the position but Doe is very close to passing his half guard.
Doe stands up from half guard.
Doe drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Cakez is trying to hold Doe in close to prevent damage but Doe has managed to pass into half guard.
Doe decides to stand and escape the position.
Cakez shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Doe is trying to defend but Cakez finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Doe moves into full guard.

Cakez being controlled here momentarily.
Cakez tries to free his leg and advance position but Doe is retaining full guard.
Doe has control of Cakez's left arm, preventing Cakez from doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Doe working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cakez doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Doe is tightening it up a little... Cakez has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Cakez reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Cakez taps out! Nice BJJ there by Doe!
