Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alaskan Assassin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Red Salmon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Assassin comes to the cage accompanied by Skrillex - Summit. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alaskan Assassin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Red Salmon! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Salmon moves to clinch but Assassin breaks away
and Assassin counters with a head kick that drops Salmon to the mat! Salmon scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Salmon wants to clinch and Assassin counters with a solid body kick. Salmon stuffs the takedown attempt from Assassin. Assassin gets slowly back to his feet.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Salmon darts in trying to clinch
and Assassin decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Salmon's guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Assassin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Salmon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Salmon wants to stand and escape but Assassin is having none of it.
Assassin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Assassin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Salmon can do anything to dispel that myth.

Salmon is trying to stand up here but Assassin is controlling him well. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Assassin is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Alaskan Assassin dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Salmon tries to clinch up and Assassin counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Salmon is lucky that one didn't land flush. Assassin fails with a takedown attempt.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Salmon tries to clinch but Assassin moves away and Assassin cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Assassin looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Salmon closes the distance looking to clinch
and Assassin counters with a takedown into side control.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Assassin working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Assassin wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Salmon, who protects the arm well. Assassin is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Salmon can do to turn this around?
Assassin has hold of Salmon's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Salmon tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Assassin cranks the arm and Salmon screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Salmon, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
