Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Maciej Dobrzynski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josh Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dobrzynski's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sabaton - Uprising. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dobrzynski throws a lazy uppercut
and Dobrzynski takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Dobrzynski on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Johnson closes the distance and clinches.
Johnson misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Dobrzynski.

Johnson manages to break the clinch.
Johnson throws a sloppy head kick and Dobrzynski moves out of range easily.
Johnson uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dobrzynski.
Dobrzynski takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Johnson tries to close the distance and clinch but Dobrzynski swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Johnson is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Dobrzynski off and has taken his back!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Johnson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dobrzynski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Johnson looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Dobrzynski has picked Johnson up and slammed him! Johnson can't keep hold of the triangle and Dobrzynski manages to pass to side control!

Dobrzynski avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Johnson connects with a leg kick. Dobrzynski looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Johnson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dobrzynski walks away with a smile on his face. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Johnson feints and then cracks Dobrzynski's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Dobrzynski down.

Johnson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
