The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Leandro Rodrigues and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis slips a jab and a cross from Arian.

Arian tries to bum rush Lewis with a series of wild strikes but Lewis uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Arian has his foot on Lewis's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lewis works his way back into a safe position though.

Lewis is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Arian is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Arian moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Arian has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Lewis doesn't defend quickly enough and Arian has managed to lock this one up! Can Lewis escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Arian on a fantastic submission victory.

Tix Arian decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
