Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Harry Keogh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aldamus Everson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Keogh might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Droppin' Plates by Disturbed. Aldamus Everson has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Harry Keogh's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Harry Keogh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Aldamus Everson!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Everson throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Keogh's head.
Everson with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Keogh is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Everson throws a leg kick which misses Keogh's front leg but catches the back leg as Keogh tries to avoid it.
Keogh swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Keogh takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Keogh closes this distance looking for a takedown but Everson circles away.
Everson stuffs the takedown attempt from Keogh. Keogh gets slowly back to his feet.
Keogh misses with a jab, cross combination.
Keogh throws a jab but it's blocked by Everson.

Keogh shoots in for a double leg but Everson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Everson connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Everson lands a nice looking body kick.
Keogh misses the shot to the body.

Everson lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Everson slaps away a takedown attempt from Keogh, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Keogh thows a huge punch but Everson dodges it nicely.

Keogh is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Everson doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Keogh.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Keogh seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Everson for as long as he can get away with.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Harry Keogh just wasn't active enough.
Everson is looking to land body kicks.

Everson keeps Keogh at a distance using the push kick.
Keogh throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Everson's waist but Everson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Keogh off to one side.

Keogh shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Keogh drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Keogh jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Keogh wants to control from the top but Everson keeps moving.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Keogh is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Everson is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
