Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mike Born! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Roger Salmon and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Born rushes Paulson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Paulson can't get the takedown.
Born is trying to break free. Paulson tries for a takedown. No joy.
Paulson controlling the action here for a moment.
Born pulls Paulson into guard.
Born looking to hit a scissor sweep but Paulson is one step ahead there. Born avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Paulson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Paulson is looking to stand up but Born won't let him. Born throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Paulson wants to stand and escape but instead Born has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Paulson keeping moving, preventing Born from controlling successfully. Born passes easily into side control. Nice work. Paulson is looking to regain half guard here but Born keeps moving and retains side control. The ground and pound from Born seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Paulson is pushing Born's head away, looking to escape. Born manages to hold on to the position though. Born trying to control the action but Paulson is working from the bottom. Born gets to mount! Paulson was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Born controlling his opponent. Paulson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Paulson tries to get out of the position. Paulson defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Born. Paulson's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Born is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Born!
