Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between May Graynard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Teo Pliskin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teo Pliskin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, May Graynard! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Teo Pliskin! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Roosa J�rvil�inen.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pliskin shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Graynard wants to hold on but Pliskin pushes him away. Graynard is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Graynard manages to control the position for a moment. A nice elbow there by Pliskin. Graynard regains half guard. Pliskin missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Pliskin is keen to just control but Graynard is a slippery customer. Pliskin lands with a punch from half guard. Graynard works his way to full guard. Good work. Graynard trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Pliskin preventing the sweep. Pliskin is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

 Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Graynard throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pliskin. Graynard misses with a body kick. Graynard fails with an attempt to clinch.

Pliskin is trying to trip Graynard. He has hold of a leg but Graynard is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Pliskin persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Pliskin tries to free his leg and advance position but Graynard is retaining full guard. Pliskin postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Pliskin wants to pass the guard but Graynard is keeping the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pliskin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pliskin stops Graynard from standing up. Pliskin sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Graynard's guard. Graynard missing with punches from the bottom.
Pliskin tries to pass to full mount but Graynard defends it. Pliskin looks gassed!
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Graynard throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Graynard is looking to improve his position.
 The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Graynard feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Pliskin looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Graynard gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Pliskin doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Graynard counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Graynard. Graynard is pushing down on Pliskin's leg trying to pass to half guard. Pliskin is fighting to maintain full guard but Graynard has managed to sneak the leg through. Pliskin is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Pliskin is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Graynard's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Graynard's back!
 That's four minutes gone in the round.
Pliskin patiently working for the choke. Which fighter will keep their nerve here? Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Graynard covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.

Pliskin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Pliskin doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Graynard wants to control from the top but Pliskin keeps moving. Pliskin is trying to keep Graynard in close.
And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that May Graynard will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Pliskin is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Graynard has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Pliskin cracks Graynard with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
The referee warns Graynard that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Pliskin is breathing heavily. Graynard really trying hard to get back to half guard here.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Pliskin lands a nice shot to the head. Graynard tries to reverse the position but Pliskin maintains control. Graynard wants to hold on but Pliskin pushes him away. Teo Pliskin has got the better of the ground game so far. You get the feeling that Graynard really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Graynard can't escape the position.
Pliskin lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Graynard hang on? Pliskin working away from the top, dropping strikes. Pliskin is landing with some decent strikes but Graynard is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Pliskin is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Graynard is rocked! Graynard is desperately trying to improve his position but Pliskin has a good base and remains in mount. The referee warns Graynard that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Oh Graynard is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Pliskin postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Graynard looks a forlorn figure.

Pliskin has hold of Graynard's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Graynard manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Graynard seems to have got his legs back now. Graynard is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Pliskin looking to control but Graynard is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Graynard is bucking up trying to escape but Pliskin cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Pliskin landing strikes from the mount. Pliskin postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Graynard bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Pliskin and the fight is over!
