Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Juan Pablo Mur! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chicken McCorkle! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pablo Mur closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Pablo Mur seems to be looking for submissions.
Pablo Mur not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Pablo Mur wants to control but McCorkle is keeping him busy. McCorkle regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Pablo Mur. Pablo Mur wants to control from the top but McCorkle keeps moving. McCorkle trying to keep a closed guard but Pablo Mur is proving a slippery customer.

That's one minute gone in the round. McCorkle keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Pablo Mur is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. McCorkle doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Pablo Mur. Pablo Mur is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, McCorkle has managed to free his arm - good work. Pablo Mur has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. McCorkle is refusing to be controlled, as Pablo Mur sits in half guard. Pablo Mur could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pablo Mur connects with a nice short shot to McCorkle's temple. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pablo Mur scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Pablo Mur seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. McCorkle is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
