Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Steve Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nanaki Yotomishi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morgan comes to the cage accompanied by RAWR. The key to victory for Steve Morgan has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Steve Morgan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Nanaki Yotomishi! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Morgan has a takedown stuffed. Morgan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Yotomishi moves away. Yotomishi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Morgan pinned against the cage. Morgan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Morgan closes the distance and clinches up with Yotomishi, looking for a takedown. Morgan pushes Yotomishi against the cage but Yotomishi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Morgan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Yotomishi swats him away and circles back towards the center. Morgan looks for a takedown but Yotomishi sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Morgan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Morgan shoots for a takedown but Yotomishi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Morgan shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Yotomishi pinned against the cage. Yotomishi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Nice sprawl there from Yotomishi as Morgan shoots in. Morgan shoots in but Yotomishi avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morgan throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Morgan with a poor takedown and Yotomishi decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Morgan's guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Morgan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Yotomishi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Yotomishi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Morgan is breathing heavily. Yotomishi engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Yotomishi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Morgan swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yotomishi is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Nanaki Yotomishi. Yotomishi shoots in but Morgan avoids the takedown attempt easily. A head kick misses from Yotomishi. Morgan wants to clinch but Yotomishi slips to the side and Yotomishi holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Yotomishi jumps guard and drags Morgan to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Yotomishi is trying to control the position but Morgan postures up. Yotomishi manages to escape and get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morgan tries to clinch but Yotomishi moves out of range. Yotomishi throws the kick towards the body but Morgan avoids it. Yotomishi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Morgan pinned against the cage. Morgan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Morgan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Morgan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Yotomishi sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Yotomishi closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Morgan is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Yotomishi has just dragged him back down to the mat. Morgan being controlled for a moment. Morgan wants to get back to his feet but Yotomishi is dominant here and he's now got Morgan's back!
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Yotomishi's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.
Yotomishi looking for the RNC. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Yotomishi not allowing Morgan to control his hands. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Yotomishi really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Morgan. Morgan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Yotomishi on the ground. Morgan defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nanaki Yotomishi dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Morgan throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Morgan swinging wildly here.
Yotomishi drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Morgan utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Yotomishi controlling from the top position. Yotomishi trying to control the position from guard on top but Morgan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Morgan is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yotomishi wants to control from the top but Morgan keeps moving. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Nanaki Yotomishi has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Yotomishi looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Yotomishi decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. No joy there for Morgan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Morgan wants to clinch and Yotomishi counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Yotomishi works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Morgan looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Morgan jumps guard but Yotomishi turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Yotomishi is trying to trip Morgan. He has hold of a leg but Morgan is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Yotomishi persists though and gets the takedown into guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Yotomishi gets to his feet. Morgan looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Yotomishi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Yotomishi clinches up with Morgan and pushes him back against the cage. Yotomishi crunches a lovely knee into Morgan's ribcage. Yotomishi trying to land knees to the body.
Morgan swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Morgan tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Yotomishi smiles and moves away.
Yotomishi looks for the body kick but Morgan saw that one coming.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yotomishi tries for a takedown but Morgan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Yotomishi shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Morgan sprawls well. Morgan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Yotomishi gets slowly back to his feet. Morgan blocks the body kick.
Morgan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Yotomishi's waist but Yotomishi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Morgan off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Steve Morgan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Morgan defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Yotomishi. Yotomishi is breathing heavily. A jab from Morgan finds it's way through Yotomishi's defenses. Yotomishi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Morgan swivels and escapes. Yotomishi shoots in for a double leg but Morgan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. No joy there for Yotomishi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Morgan is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Morgan shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Yotomishi defends it nicely. Morgan moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Morgan changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yotomishi tries to avoid it but Morgan manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yotomishi to the ground. Yotomishi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Yotomishi shoots in looking for a takedown but Morgan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Yotomishi's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Morgan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Yotomishi swats him away and circles back towards the center. Morgan fails with an attempt to clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nanaki Yotomishi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Morgan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Yotomishi circles away. Morgan tries to score a power double leg takedown but Yotomishi sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Morgan somewhat. Morgan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

That's going to take a lot out of him. Yotomishi thows a leg kick but Morgan checks it and Morgan counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Yotomishi misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Yotomishi pushes Morgan off and gets back to his feet. Morgan closes the distance and clinches up with Yotomishi, looking for a takedown. Morgan pushes Yotomishi against the cage but Yotomishi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Yotomishi moves into the clinch successfully.
Yotomishi gets control of Morgan's arms and successfully pulls guard. Yotomishi will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Morgan trying to control but Yotomishi is working from the bottom. Morgan has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Morgan throws an elbow that misses. Yotomishi uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Morgan's guard. Nice move by Yotomishi! Yotomishi is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Yotomishi forces his way into half guard. Yotomishi frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Yotomishi with shots to the head and body - Morgan looks very uncomfortable down there. Yotomishi get's back to his feet. Morgan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Yotomishi as he jumps to the side. Yotomishi shoots for a takedown but Morgan saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Yotomishi feints and as Morgan raises his hands in defense, Yotomishi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Yotomishi not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Morgan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Yotomishi defends well. Yotomishi slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Yotomishi is pushing down on Morgan's leg trying to pass to half guard. Morgan is fighting to maintain full guard but Yotomishi has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Yotomishi seems to be working for a kimura but Morgan defends the submission attempt. Yotomishi throwing shots but Morgan is blocking nicely. Yotomishi seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Yotomishi decides to stand up.
And that's the end of the fight! Nanaki Yotomishi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Yotomishi winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
