Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hayato Inoue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Max (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hayato Inoue! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jason Max! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Max throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Inoue fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Max looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Max throws a right and a left that both miss. Max throws a half hearted mid kick. Max keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Inoue blocks a head kick by Max.
Inoue dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Inoue clinches. Max has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Inoue stalling in the clinch.
A body shot lands from Inoue.
Inoue gets control of Max's arms and successfully pulls guard. Inoue will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Inoue has his foot on Max's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Max works his way back into a safe position though. Max trying to control the position from guard on top but Inoue is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Inoue lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Max! Max wants to hold on but Inoue pushes him away. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Inoue unloads with some shots from mount but Max bucks and avoids them well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Inoue controlling from mount. Inoue looking to ground and pound but Max is blocking nicely. Max holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Inoue tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.
Max throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Max really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Inoue. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Inoue is in the full mount, landing strikes. Max is looking to get to half guard. Max wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Inoue.
Inoue controlling the position easily from mount. Max blocking the ground and pound. Inoue looking to finish Max with some ground and pound. This is bad for Max!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Inoue misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Inoue working away from the top, dropping strikes. Inoue working Max over with strikes here. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A nice elbow there by Inoue. Poor strikes thrown by Inoue there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Inoue sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Max is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Inoue throwing strikes here but Max is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Inoue throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Inoue looking to control and managing it successfully. Inoue has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Max is trying desperately to improve position. Inoue throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Inoue is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Max can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Max is rocked! Inoue fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Max is still in real trouble! Can Inoue finish him? Inoue postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Max badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Inoue around the waist but Inoue pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Inoue is the winner by TKO! Inoue jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hayato Inoue!
