Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bwanali Longwe!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Longwe defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Beast.
Beast with a nice cross.
Beast connects with a jab.
Jab, jab by Beast - just one landing.
Beast scores with a nice head shot.
Bwanali Longwe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Beast lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Longwe at a distance.
Longwe closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Longwe lands in his opponent's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Beast had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Longwe defends it easily.
Beast working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Longwe doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Longwe manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Beast wants to stand up but Longwe is controlling him.

Longwe slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Beast is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Beast has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Longwe should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Beast has tightened it up now! Longwe should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
