Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Angelo Anaconda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pavel Fir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fir looks to land a combination. Anaconda sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
It looks like Angelo Anaconda has been cut.
Angelo Anaconda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fir closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Anaconda quickly recovers to half guard.
Anaconda actively working from the bottom here.
Anaconda is looking to control Fir's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Anaconda avoid being mounted?
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fir is looking to pass Anaconda's guard but actually Anaconda recovers to full guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fir is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Anaconda is looking to stand back up but Fir counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Anaconda.

Fir looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Anaconda is defending against the submission attempts here by Fir.

Fir stands up out of the half guard.
Anaconda throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Fir drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Fir stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Anaconda takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Fir tries to pass to full mount but Anaconda defends it.
Anaconda has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Fir is working away from the top position though.
Fir decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fir throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Fir manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Anaconda on his heels. He'll look to pass Anaconda's guard now, I'm sure.

Anaconda looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Fir has picked Anaconda up and slammed him! Anaconda can't keep hold of the triangle and Fir manages to pass to side control!
Fir thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Fir rushes Anaconda and presses him up against the cage.

That's time! Anaconda's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Fir bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Fir is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Anaconda has escaped the position, nice work there.
Fir scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Anaconda to see if he's OK.
Anaconda takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Anaconda takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
You can see the frustration on Anaconda's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Fir is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Anaconda will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Fir is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Anaconda knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Anaconda manages to work his way to half guard, despite Fir's best efforts.
Fir decides to stand and escape the position.
Fir shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Fir was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Fir lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Anaconda is trying to reverse the position but instead Fir has taken his back - oops!

Anaconda is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Fir.
Anaconda is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Pavel Fir showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Anaconda throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
A low kick from Fir misses
and Anaconda counters with a good, hard body kick but Fir shrugs it off.
Fir looking to score a takedown here. Anaconda is defending well but Fir drives through and ends up in Anaconda's guard.
Fir gets to his feet. Anaconda looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Fir darts in and clinches Anaconda up against the cage.
Anaconda blocks an elbow strike.
Fir jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Anaconda walks away with a smile on his face. Fir gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Fir closes the distance and pushes Anaconda back into the cage.
Anaconda tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Anaconda ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Anaconda no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fir's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Anaconda not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Anaconda will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Anaconda escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Fir gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Fir slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Pavel Fir was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Anaconda shoots in for a takedown but Fir shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Fir looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Anaconda!

Anaconda tries to hold on but Fir postures up.

Anaconda is bucking up trying to escape but Fir cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Fir's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Fir wants to finish this one by submission but Anaconda is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Fir.

Well Fir has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
