Lannister shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Lannister was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Lannister can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Karatzas is looking to escape.
Lannister is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Karatzas has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Karatzas can't escape the position.
Karatzas really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lannister. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
