Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luca Brasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Knox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knox has chosen Malukah & Wolfgang - The Dragonborn Comes as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox fails to land with a series of punches.
Brasi wants to clinch.
Brasi waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Knox.
Knox scoring well with a low kick there.
Brasi slips a jab and a cross from Knox.
Knox keeps the fight on the outside.
Knox misses with a lunging right hand
and Brasi counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Knox throws a nice inside leg kick.
Knox fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Brasi.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Brasi takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Brasi is breathing heavily.
Knox goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Luca Brasi has been cut.
Knox lands with a shot to the body.
Knox connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Knox is looking to slow Brasi down with leg kicks.
Knox scores with a body shot.
Knox cracks Brasi with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Brasi looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Knox finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Knox dances in with a quick combination. Brasi is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Knox snaps Brasi's head back. Brasi stumbles backwards against the cage. Knox steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Brasi's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Brasi just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Johnny Knox!
Johnny Knox really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Steel Penn's Laundry 93% logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
