The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King lands a left and a right that sends Couture crashing to the canvas! King dives into mount looking to finish!
It looks like Manly Couture has been cut.
Couture is in all sorts of trouble here.
Couture manages to control the position for a moment.
King gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
King slips a jab and a cross from Couture.
King ducks under a wild hook from Couture.
Couture connects with a jab.
King slips a jab from Couture.
King misses with a looping right.
King misses with a wild body shot.
King misses with an uppercut.
King is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
King blocks a jab.
Couture keeps the fight on the outside.
Couture throws a sloppy head kick and King moves out of range easily.
Couture stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

King takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
King cracks Couture with a hook to the temple - Couture is on wobbly legs here! King swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Couture falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! King wins by TKO!
