Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Barney Sumner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haste The Day (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Barney Sumner has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Barney Sumner seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sumner throws the left hand but The Day avoids the punch easily.
Sumner takes a swing at The Day's ribcage but misses.
Sumner bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of The Day's head.
Barney Sumner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sumner displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from The Day.
Sumner tries to clinch but The Day moves out of range.
Sumner fails with an attempt to clinch.
The Day looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Haste The Day tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
