Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Logan Harter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viljo Laine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Harter might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Stevie Ray Vaughan "Rude Mood". Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Logan Harter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 27 - 10 - 1, fighting out of London, Viljo Laine!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Roger Salmon.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laine throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Laine takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Laine thows a body shot but no joy.
Laine is looking to chop away at Harter's legs.
Harter walks into a straight right hand from Laine.
Laine tries to score with a low kick but Harter moves his leg out of the way.
Viljo Laine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Harter looks to score with a jab to the body but Laine is just out of range.
Laine drops his hands momentarily and Harter takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Laine connects with a nice looking jab.
Harter slips a straight right by Laine.
Laine tries to land a body kick

and Harter counters with a nice double leg into side control. Laine won't be happy with that.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Laine can't do much from the bottom here.
Harter lands a nice forearm strike.
Laine tries to buck Harter off but Harter is having none of it.
Harter is looking to take a break and control but Laine is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Harter lands an elbow.
Laine parries the strikes from Harter easily there. Harter is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Laine to escape.
Laine manages to work his way to half guard, despite Harter's best efforts.
Laine looks like he's trying to stand up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Harter thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Harter sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Laine defending well though.
Harter not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Laine pushes Harter off looking to stand but Harter dives back in and keeps control.
Laine is trying to get back to full guard.
Harter throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Harter not landing any meaningful shots this time.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Harter connects with a nice short shot to Laine's temple.
Laine really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Harter. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Harter prevents Laine from getting back to his feet.

Harter missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Laine tries to roll over but Harter keeps him under control.
Harter seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Laine does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Laine keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Harter has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Harter throws a strike but Laine avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Harter pushes down on Laine's leg and manages to get into half guard.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Laine is still in real trouble! Can Harter finish him?
Laine blocking the ground and pound attempt from Harter.

Laine seems to have recovered his senses.
Laine trying to hold on to Harter's head to control him but Harter postures up.
Harter is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Laine is hurt! He's hurt bad - Harter fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Laine from any more punishment! Congratulations to Harter! Great finish!

Our winner, Logan Harter, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
