The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smekhov tries to close the distance and clinch but Orsini swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Smekhov shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Orsini sprawls well. Orsini wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Smekhov gets slowly back to his feet.
