Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ma Yeth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Haplopelma Hainanum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ma Yeth!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Haplopelma Hainanum!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yeth waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hainanum.
Hainanum tries a low kick but Yeth avoids it.
Yeth gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Yeth missing with knees to the body.
Yeth working hard to break the clinch.
Yeth breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Yeth takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Yeth scores with a hook to the body. Hainanum takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Hainanum moves out of range as Yeth throws a body kick.
Haplopelma Hainanum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yeth throws a jab when Hainanum was well out of range.
A nice leg kick lands there from Hainanum.
Yeth ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hainanum moves away.
Yeth throws a head kick but Hainanum moves out of range.
Hainanum throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Yeth takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Hainanum fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Yeth finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Yeth cracks a nice hook into Hainanum's ribs.
Hainanum has taken the fight to the clinch.

Hainanum lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Yeth backwards.
A right handed body shot lands from Yeth.
Yeth wants to break the clinch but can't.

Yeth is looking to control Hainanum's arms but Hainanum gets an underhook and turns him. Now Yeth has his back to the cage.

Yeth dodges an elbow strike from Hainanum.

Hainanum has Yeth pressed against the cage, preventing Yeth from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
A short body shot lands from Yeth as the two fighters clinch.

and Yeth counters with a thumping low kick.
Hainanum takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Hainanum throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Yeth fails with an attempt to clinch.
Yeth throws a leg kick but Hainanum checks it.
Yeth fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Yeth tries to clinch there but Hainanum circles away.
Yeth connects with a nice looking jab.
Hainanum takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Yeth tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Hainanum manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Hainanum throws a leg kick
and Yeth counters with a body kick that stops Hainanum in his tracks momentarily.
A combination from Yeth does no damage.
Yeth throws a chopping leg kick but Hainanum manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Yeth tries to clinch but Hainanum is having none of it.
Yeth tries to clinch up.
Hainanum wants to land a leg kick but Yeth is out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Yeth thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Hainanum if he has to take too many more of those.
Yeth blocks a head kick by Hainanum.
Yeth throws a combination. Hainanum tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
It looks like Haplopelma Hainanum has been cut.
Hainanum has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Yeth.
Yeth throws the kick towards the body but Hainanum avoids it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Yeth scores with a jab to the body.
The fight stays on the outside here - Yeth looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Yeth wants to clinch up but Hainanum keeps it at a distance.
Nice body kick from Yeth.
Yeth lands a jab to the head.
Yeth ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Hainanum avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Yeth clinches up with Hainanum and pushes him back against the cage.
Yeth's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Yeth breaks the clinch.
Yeth lands an overhand right.
Yeth lunges at Hainanum with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hainanum's hand.
Hainanum throws the kick towards the body but Yeth avoids it.
Yeth throws a leg kick which misses Hainanum's front leg but catches the back leg as Hainanum tries to avoid it.
Hainanum will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Hainanum misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Yeth scores with a nice right hand.
Hainanum is rocked!
Yeth drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Hainanum's head, knocking him out cold! Yeth is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Ma Yeth!
After winning the bout, Ma Yeth thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
