Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Salvatore Assante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takeshi Kusimuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Assante comes to the cage accompanied by Lose Yourself. Kusimuki is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by National Anthem Of Japan. Takeshi Kusimuki has the better chin. That was a close round but I would say that Salvatore Assante will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kusimuki has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Assante finds it's way round the side to connect with Kusimuki's head.

Kusimuki closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Assante tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kusimuki manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Kusimuki connects with a combination that backs up Assante into the cage. Kusimuki lands a flurry of punches that gets past Assante's guard. Assante is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Kusimuki bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
