Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jonathan Goldman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adam Kane will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonathan Goldman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Kane! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kane drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Kane looking to sit in guard and control but Goldman gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Goldman decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Kane tries to score with a low kick but Goldman moves his leg out of the way. Kane fails with the takedown. Goldman feints and as Kane raises his hands in defense, Goldman changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Goldman wanted to stand there but Kane had control of the position. Goldman wants to pass the guard but Kane is keeping the position. Kane keeping moving, preventing Goldman from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kane is trying to keep Goldman in close.
Kane wants to sweep but no luck. Goldman is breathing heavily. Kane is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Kane is trying to work for a kimura but Goldman is defending well.
Goldman keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kane wants to pass the guard but Goldman is defending well. Goldman blocking the ground and pound attempt from Kane. Goldman is looking to improve his position.
Kane moves nicely into side control. Kane stands up and beckons Goldman to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Goldman wants to clinch. Kane throws a series of strikes that have Goldman backpedaling.
Kane scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Goldman circles away from the clinch attempt.
Goldman wants to clinch. Goldman takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Goldman tries to clinch but Kane moves out of range. Kane tries for a takedown but Goldman circles away easily and Goldman counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Goldman. Goldman stalling the fight.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Goldman is trying to maintain a safe position but Kane gets an underhook and turns Goldman into the cage. Goldman holding his opponent close, against the cage.
Goldman lands an elbow inside. Kane goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Kane has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Goldman is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Goldman stalling in the clinch.
Goldman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Goldman scores with a takedown into Kane's guard. Kane bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Goldman's guard. Goldman is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Kane trying to control the position from guard on top but Goldman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kane wants to pass the guard but Goldman is keeping the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jonathan Goldman will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Kane misses with a takedown attempt - Goldman sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Goldman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kane swats him away and circles back towards the center. Goldman tries to clinch but Kane moves out of range. Goldman gets in close and instigates a clinch. Kane trying to stall but Goldman improves his position.

Kane pulls guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kane wants to sweep here but Goldman controlling him for the moment. Kane lands with a heel strike from the guard.
Kane is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kane throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Goldman escapes and throws Kane's legs to the side, diving into side control! Kane is trying to improve his position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goldman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kane keeps working. Kane is trying to get back to half guard. Goldman decides to take the fight back to the feet. Kane shoots in but no luck this time. Goldman tries to clinch but Kane moves away and Kane counters with a single leg into guard. Goldman didn't expect that.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane trying to control the position from guard on top but Goldman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Goldman is looking to stand up but Kane isn't so interested in that idea. Kane is pushing down on Goldman's leg trying to pass to half guard. Goldman is fighting to maintain full guard but Kane has managed to sneak the leg through. Kane missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Goldman won't allow Kane to pass to mount. Kane stalling.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Goldman tries to kick Kane off but Kane keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Goldman pushes Kane off and gets back to his feet. Kane doesn't succeed with the takedown and Goldman moves into the clinch. Jonathan Goldman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Kane. Kane looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Goldman is fending him off so far but Kane persists. Nope, Goldman circles away and we're back to standing. Goldman instigates a clinch. Kane tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Goldman just stands there and leans against the cage. Goldman gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Kane.

Goldman wants to stand but Kane is controlling his posture from full guard. Kane has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Goldman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kane looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Goldman puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard. Goldman tries to pass the half guard into mount. Kane knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Kane is staying active underneath Goldman, who seems content to just control the action from this position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Adam Kane will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Kane changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Goldman looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Goldman might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Goldman is trying to improve his position. Kane prevents Goldman from escaping the position. Kane stands up and we're back to a striking position. Horrible takedown by Kane or perhaps it was just good defense by Goldman which made him look bad. Goldman shoots in but Kane avoids the takedown attempt easily. Kane plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Goldman slips a jab and a cross from Kane.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kane fails with a takedown attempt. Kane tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Goldman moves out of range as Kane throws a body kick.
Goldman wants to clinch and Kane counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Goldman tries to kick Kane off but Kane keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Kane trying to control the action but Goldman is working from the bottom. Kane throwing shots but Goldman is blocking nicely. Kane tries to pass to full mount but Goldman defends it. Goldman is looking to improve his position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Kane throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Goldman's waist but Goldman gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kane off to one side. Goldman closes the distance and clinches. Kane pulls guard. Kane is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Goldman dives into side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Kane throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Kane slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Kane is looking for a triangle here but Goldman uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Kane looks to move to half guard but instead Goldman has passed into mount! Damn! Goldman is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Kane can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Adam Kane. I think Kane has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
