Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hammer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trainor Trainer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Trainer throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hammer was covering up waiting for the punch and Trainer finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Trainer wants to pass the guard but Hammer is defending well.

Trainor Trainer has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Hammer shoots in for a double leg but Trainer sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Trainor Trainer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Trainer thows a huge punch but Hammer dodges it nicely.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hammer is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Trainer is just riding it out for now. Hammer eventually gives up the hold.

Trainer throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.

Hammer stands up and waves to Trainer to follow him.

Trainer has Hammer pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Trainer pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Hammer tumbling to the mat - Trainer dives into Hammer's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Trainer working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Trainer not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Trainer stands and steps away. Hammer gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Hammer shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Trainer but Trainer pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Trainer jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Hammer walks away with a smile on his face. Trainer gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Hammer gets to his feet. Trainer looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
