Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Silent Boxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vammie Weruke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Weruke has chosen Waking the Demon - Bullet For My Valentine as his entrance music. Silent Boxer has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Silent Boxer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Vammie Weruke!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weruke takes the fight into the clinch.
Boxer drops down looking for an ankle pick but Weruke pulls his leg out and moves away.
Weruke stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Weruke wants it to stay on the feet.
Weruke ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Boxer moves away.
Weruke leaves Boxer with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Silent Boxer. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boxer avoids a punch combination nicely.
Boxer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Weruke is trying to keep Boxer in close.
Weruke is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Boxer drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Boxer jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Boxer passes into half guard.
Weruke is trying to get back to full guard.
Boxer looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Boxer is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Boxer is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Weruke doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Boxer.
Boxer is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Boxer is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Boxer is trying for a kimura here. Weruke looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Boxer wins by kimura!
