The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nooberson bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Gracie's head backwards.
Gracie avoids the body shot from Nooberson.
Gracie shoots for a takedown but Nooberson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Nooberson looks to land a combination. Gracie sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Gracie scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Nooberson has left one of his arms exposed and Gracie doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Nooberson screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
