The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pain shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bystrom sprawls well. Bystrom wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Pain gets slowly back to his feet. Bystrom looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Nice sprawl there from Bystrom as Pain shoots in. Bystrom throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Pain. Bystrom defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Pain. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Pain. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Max Pain. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pain, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
