Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Seth Alexis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jurgen Klinsmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jurgen Klinsmann! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alexis tries to clinch there but Klinsmann circles away.
Klinsmann swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Klinsmann thows a body shot but no joy. Alexis is looking to clinch but Klinsmann is avoiding it.
Klinsmann swings and misses with a hook to the body.
No joy there for Alexis, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Klinsmann counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Alexis tries to clinch up. Alexis is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Klinsmann takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Klinsmann blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Klinsmann tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Alexis just stands there and leans against the cage. Seth Alexis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jurgen Klinsmann. Alexis misses with a hook from the clinch. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows. A nice glancing elbow lands by Alexis.

That was a close round but I would say that Seth Alexis will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Jurgen Klinsmann's cut. That's time! Alexis's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

The fight stays on the outside here - Alexis looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Alexis instigates a clinch. Alexis lands a left hand that snaps the head of Klinsmann backwards. Alexis slowing the pace effectively. Alexis lands a nice elbow. Klinsmann missing with knees to the body.

Klinsmann ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Alexis fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Klinsmann, pushing him back against the cage. Klinsmann tries to pull guard but Alexis holds him up against the cage and eventually Klinsmann drops back down to his feet.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Stalling in the clinch from Alexis.

Klinsmann lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Alexis circles away quickly and effectively. Klinsmann is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Alexis rather than just go for the knockout. Klinsmann lands with a right hand. Alexis tries to clinch but Klinsmann moves out of range. Alexis looks to land a combination. Klinsmann sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Alexis wants to clinch. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Klinsmann throws a low kick, looking for Alexis's leg but Alexis calmly moves out of range.
And that's the end of the fight! Seth Alexis showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Alexis, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
