Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucian Bute (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Lovett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Lucian Bute! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Lovett! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, William Gold and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The fight moves into the clinch position. Lovett manages to break the clinch.
Bute tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lovett swivels and escapes. No joy there for Lovett, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lovett lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Lovett fails with a takedown attempt. A momentary lapse in concentration from Bute enables Lovett to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bute manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Lovett missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Lovett stopping the sweep attempt from Bute. Bute is pulling down on Lovett's head. It's preventing any offense from Lovett, at least for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bute looking for a sweep. Not yet Bute, not yet. Lovett must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bute is on top in guard.
Bute would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Bute postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Lovett tries to keep at a distance but Bute has taken the fight into the clinch. Bute wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lovett has him pressed against the cage. Lovett lands a right hand. Lovett manages to pull guard.
Bute gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Bute has a takedown stuffed. Bute tries a head kick but it misses.
Lovett misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bute shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lovett but Lovett pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lucian Bute. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lovett throws a one two combo.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lovett shoots in but no luck this time. Bute scores with a nice right hand.
Lovett forces Bute back against the cage and clinches. Lovett lands with a right to the head. Lovett cracks Bute with a nice body shot. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Lovett manages to break the clinch.
Lovett tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bute swats him away and circles back towards the center. Lovett closes the distance and pushes Bute back into the cage. Bute drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lovett gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Bute is breathing heavily. Lovett has had enough of the clinch but Bute keeps him there for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lovett wants to break the clinch but can't.
Lovett is looking for a takedown. Bute is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Lovett to keep the fight standing. Lovett drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bute pulls his leg out and moves away.
Bute pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bute sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Martin Lovett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lovett is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Bute fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lovett shoots in but Bute avoids the takedown attempt easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Martin Lovett dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Lovett lands with a nice combination. Bute backs away looking to recover. Lovett closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lovett lands in his opponent's guard. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bute trying to keep a closed guard but Lovett is proving a slippery customer.
Lovett wants to stand and escape but instead Bute has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Lovett wants to stand and escape but Bute is having none of it. Bute with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bute prevents Lovett from getting back to his feet. Lovett lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bute! Lovett moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Bute has worked his arm free - good work by Bute!
Bute manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Bute missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Bute throwing shots but Lovett is blocking nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lovett is trying to maintain the position but Bute is very close to passing his half guard. Bute trying to mount his opponent but Lovett defends it. Bute is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Still in half guard, Bute seems content to control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bute thows a huge punch but Lovett dodges it nicely.
Lovett trying to hold on to Bute's head to control him but Bute postures up.
Bute gets to his feet - back to striking we go! A combination from Lovett does no damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bute misses the shot to the body. Lovett darts in trying to clinch and Bute counters with a left and a right that stings Lovett. Bute slaps away a takedown attempt from Lovett, before circling back to the center of the mat. Lovett tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bute paws at him with a jab and circles away. Lovett misses with a double jab.
Lovett leaves Bute with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Bute clinches up with Lovett and pushes him back against the cage. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bute breaks the clinch.
Bute walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Lucian Bute will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Lovett will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Lovett looking to control.
Bute passes Lovett's left leg - he's now in half guard. Bute passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Lovett! Bute sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
That's one minute gone in the round. Bute prevents Lovett from getting the reversal. Lovett blocking the ground and pound. Bute thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Bute looking to control but Lovett is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Bute controlling from mount. Lovett is trying desperately to improve position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lovett is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Lovett gets back to half guard. Lovett looks like he's trying to stand up.
Bute wants to pass to mount but Lovett is defending the position. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Lovett has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bute is working away from the top position though. Bute is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bute stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Lucian Bute is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Bute clinches up against the cage. Lovett tries to stall but Bute uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Lovett's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Bute throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Bute shoots in for a takedown but Lovett shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Bute shoots for a double leg takedown but Lovett sprawls well. He's pushed Bute's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lucian Bute. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lovett lands with an overhand left. Good leg kick by Lovett there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Lovett scores with a shot to the body.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bute. Lovett tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bute swats him away and circles back towards the center. Lovett throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. No luck with that takedown attempt from Lovett. Lovett shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Bute eats them both and turns towards Lovett to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bute defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lovett. Lovett fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bute ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lovett moves away.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Martin Lovett. I think Lovett has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
