Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Todd Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jack miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nelson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is 'Let the Bodies hit the floor'. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Alyssa Summers and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
miller shoots in for a double leg but Nelson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Nelson misses with a head kick.
Nelson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
miller shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
miller goes for an armbar but Nelson turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Nelson.
miller keeping moving, preventing Nelson from controlling successfully.
Nelson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
miller has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Nelson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

miller wants to improve his position but Nelson is controlling well.
Nelson wants to free his trapped foot but miller is holding on for dear life with his legs.

miller is looking for a sweep. Nelson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Nelson tries to clinch up but miller circles away and keeps his distance.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Nelson shoots and misses
and miller counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
miller seems to be looking for submissions.
Nelson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
miller works his foot free and advances to mount.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Nelson is wriggling around trying to escape.
miller jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Nelson is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Nelson and miller has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Nelson is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked miller off and has taken his back!
miller rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.

miller tries to roll over but Nelson keeps him under control.
miller is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Nelson pulls his head out easily.
Nelson is looking to take a break and control but miller is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

miller is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Nelson's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Nelson's back!
