Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Terrell Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Jansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jansen stalks Turner and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Turner's face. Turner staggers backwards, shaken.
Turner avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jansen shoots in for a double leg but Turner sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jansen throws a body kick that misses.
Turner clinches with his opponent.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Turner lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Turner is nestled in close to Jansen, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Turner is looking for a kimura here.
Turner wants to pass the guard but Jansen is defending well.
Turner working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Well Turner has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
