Devaney feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jones sprawling to the canvas! Jones rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Devaney finish him?!
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mick Jones's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Rory Devaney!
A relieved looking Rory Devaney thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
