Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jovan Percic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raviel Mutoh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jovan Percic could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Raviel Mutoh's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jovan Percic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raviel Mutoh! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Percic stuffs the takedown attempt from Mutoh. Mutoh gets slowly back to his feet. Mutoh dives in and grabs Percic's left leg, looking for a takedown. Percic pushes down on Mutoh's head and hops out. Percic lands a nice hook to Mutoh's body. Mutoh takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Good leg kick by Percic there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Percic displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mutoh. Jovan Percic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raviel Mutoh. Percic slaps away a takedown attempt from Mutoh, before circling back to the center of the mat. Percic showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Mutoh.
No joy there for Percic, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Percic throws a sloppy head kick and Mutoh moves out of range easily. Mutoh wants to clinch. Mutoh instigates a clinch. Mutoh can't get the takedown.
Percic lands a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Percic wants to break the clinch but can't.
Mutoh gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Percic wants to improve his position but Mutoh is controlling well.
Mutoh takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Mutoh wants to pass the guard but Percic is defending well. Still in half guard, Mutoh seems content to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Raviel Mutoh has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Mutoh walks into a left hand. Percic defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mutoh. Percic bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Mutoh's head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mutoh shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Mutoh showed some decent athleticism there. Mutoh passes to full mount! Mutoh raining down shots from the mount!
It looks like Jovan Percic has been cut. Mutoh controlling from mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mutoh pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mutoh is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Percic has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Mutoh controlling his opponent. Mutoh trying to control but Percic is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Mutoh controlling from the full mount. Mutoh thowing shots but they're missing. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mutoh lands a big shot there that rocks Percic but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Mutoh can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Percic is looking to escape. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Raviel Mutoh dominated that round. The cut man is working on Jovan Percic's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Mutoh shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Percic eats them both and turns towards Mutoh to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Jovan Percic's cut is getting worse. Percic tries to land a front kick but Mutoh steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Mutoh throws a hook to the side of Percic's head but Percic sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A combination from Percic does no damage. Percic lands a nice shot that snaps Mutoh's head back.
Percic throws a head kick but Mutoh moves out of range.
Percic throws a series of punches but Mutoh moves out of range. Mutoh showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Percic.
Mutoh shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Percic but Percic pushes him off and we're back to square one. Mutoh avoids a punch combination nicely.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mutoh is defended easily by Percic. Mutoh gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Mutoh tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Percic is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Mutoh buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Mutoh!! Mutoh is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Percic throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jovan Percic!
