Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris Langham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil Mcracken (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mcracken has chosen 10cc - Dreadlock Holiday as his entrance music. The key to victory for Chris Langham has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chris Langham! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Phil Mcracken! The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcracken dives in and scores a takedown into Langham's guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Mcracken is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Langham is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Mcracken throws a strike but Langham rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Mcracken has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Langham preventing the sweep. Mcracken has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Langham is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Mcracken is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Mcracken has escaped and now he's on top! Langham looking for a guillotine here but Mcracken defends easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcracken lands a couple of digs. Mcracken trying to control but Langham is working from the bottom. Mcracken is looking to work some ground and pound but Langham has wrist control. Langham preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Langham working for a triangle but Mcracken defends it easily.
Langham might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Mcracken controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mcracken trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Langham can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Mcracken controls the pace. Mcracken preventing the sweep. Mcracken throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Langham works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Mcracken makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Langham is looking for a triangle but Mcracken pushes his legs off easily.
Mcracken not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Mcracken trying to control but Langham is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Phil Mcracken has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Mcracken scores with a takedown into Langham's guard. Mcracken throwing strikes from guard but Langham blocks nicely. Mcracken cracks Langham with a solid left hand. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Langham working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Mcracken. Langham looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mcracken is one step ahead there. Langham manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Langham goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Mcracken turns into him and now he's in Langham's guard.
Mcracken works over Langham with some ground and pound from guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mcracken wants to control from the top but Langham keeps moving. Mcracken loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Langham has his foot on Mcracken's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mcracken works his way back into a safe position though. Mcracken with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Mcracken is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Phil Mcracken dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.
Mcracken shoots in and bounces Langham off the ropes to secure the takedown into guard. Mcracken trying to control but Langham is working from the bottom. Langham had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mcracken defends it easily. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Mcracken working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Mcracken pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Langham is keeping the position for now. Mcracken postures up and lands a big shot to Langham's brow. Mcracken passes into half guard. Mcracken prevents Langham from improving his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mcracken drops an elbow to the side of Langham's head. Phil Mcracken has got the better of the ground game so far. Mcracken lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Mcracken trying to control the pace. Langham has hold of Mcracken's hands but Mcracken slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Langham is rocked! Langham moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Langham wants to sweep here but Mcracken controlling him for the moment. Mcracken advances position into side control! Mcracken is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Langham knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Langham tries to buck Mcracken off but Mcracken is having none of it. Langham takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Oh Langham is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Langham is trying to get back to half guard. Mcracken tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Mcracken working the ground and pound. Mcracken lands a strong strike to the head of Langham. That's dazed him! Mcracken looking to finish here. Langham is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Mcracken lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Phil Mcracken! A very excited looking Phil Mcracken rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
