The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Demonic tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Demonic to the ground. Demonic escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A low kick from Jones misses
and Demonic counters with a straight right hand.
Demonic looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Demonic fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Jones chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Demonic can pounce on him.

enabling Demonic to counter with a crisp jab.

It looks like Russell Jones has been cut.
Jones gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Demonic counters with a one-two to the body.
Demonic has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Russell Jones.

Demonic throws a right and a left that Jones avoids nicely.
Demonic lands with a good body shot.
Jones throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Demonic.
Jones goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Jones shoots in looking for a takedown but Demonic manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jones's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
