Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ionakana Lanakila!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Aleksandr Martynov and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steele throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Lanakila stalks Steele and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Steele's face. Steele staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Raffer Steele has been cut.
Steele misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Steele finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Lanakila stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Lanakila thows a body shot but no joy.
Steele takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Lanakila takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Steele takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Steele throws a lazy right hand but Lanakila sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Steele dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Steele misses with a head kick.
Steele swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Steele is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lanakila.
Steele takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Lanakila uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Steele throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Steele showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lanakila.
A big left from Steele misses.
Steele takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Steele walks into a straight right hand from Lanakila.
Steele looks to throw the jab but Lanakila is out of range.
Steele misses with an attempted mid kick.
Raffer Steele is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Steele takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Lanakila throws an overhand right that lands on Steele's shoulder, as Steele tries to avoid the shot.
Lanakila connects with a nice looking jab.
Lanakila lands with a nice body punch.
Lanakila throws a big shot that misses.
Lanakila misses with an uppercut. Steele saw that one coming.
Steele with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lanakila to score with a decent uppercut.
Steele throws a lazy uppercut
and Lanakila counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Steele thinking.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lanakila shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Steele wants to hold on but Lanakila pushes him away.
Lanakila landing strikes from the mount and Steele is in trouble!
Steele really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Lanakila unloads with some shots from mount but Steele bucks and avoids them well.
Lanakila thowing shots but they're missing.
Lanakila putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Steele is bucking up trying to escape but Lanakila cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Lanakila throws some wild stikes that Steele manages to avoid easily.

Lanakila can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Steele is looking to escape.
Lanakila has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Lanakila connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Raffer Steele's cut is getting worse.
Lanakila unloads with some shots from mount but Steele bucks and avoids them well.
Lanakila throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Raffer Steele's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
